Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Deep Learning & Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and computer vision solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop deep learning models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
Build computer vision pipelines for real-time applications and automation systems.
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques from research papers into production-ready solutions.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Work with large datasets, applying data augmentation and preprocessing techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Maintain deployed models, ensuring reliability and performance.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in deep learning or computer vision development.
Programming: Expert-level Python proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Computer Vision: Strong understanding of OpenCV and related algorithms.
Neural Networks: Hands-on experience with architectures such as CNNs, YOLO, ResNet, and Transformers.
Cloud Deployment: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
MLOps: Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS.
Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).
Edge deployment experience using TensorFlow Lite, ONNX.
Prior experience in a startup environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or published research papers.
