Requirements

Candidate must reside in the United States.
Ability to work remotely with mild supervision.
Ability to stay organized while working remotely.
Willingness to follow instructions from Managers.
Experience in customer support
Experience is eCommerce and online shopping is an added advantage.
Ability to reach out to customers and create new business.
Ability to establish and develop strong relationships customers.

Your Responsibilities

Build customer relationships
Following up on leads to create new business
Gain a detailed understanding of the customer’s needs as related to the products or services being sold.
Manage customer accounts
Maintain professional relationship with new customers
Work with the Fulfillment team to process customer orders
Present our products professionally to new customers
Provide first-line customer contact and support; respond to customer inquiries.
Inform and educate existing customers and new customers of the company's product offerings, emphasizing the benefit of patronizing us.

Compensation and Bonus

Remote Customer Support personnel receives an annual salary of $57,600 per year.
They also earn a quarterly bonuses.
