General Position Summary: The licensed physical therapist assistant carries out prescribed physical therapy plans of care, gives instructions in therapeutic exercise and functional training, performs modality treatments, collects patient data prior to and during treatment, and performs related work as required under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
Minimum Requirements:
1-year of physical therapy assistant experience preferred.
Current state physical therapy assistant license
BLS CPR
Proven track record of successful patient care experience
Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
