Our experience in the demolition field allows our management team to identify any potential complications that may arise and how to neutralise them safely and efficiently. It's because of this reason that when we receive a deadline, we’re confident it won’t be missed.

We are currently looking for a full-time Painter to join our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing them to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Remove old paint or damaged areas as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment.
• Mix and match paint colours to achieve the desired hue and tone as specified in project requirements.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
• Order, organize, and maintain paint and painting supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Keep detailed records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to paint application or finish quality.

Work Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and color mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Salary package: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
