Description
We are hiring a General Laborer (Road Maintenance / Pavement) for a long-term opportunity in Dallas, TX. This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting road and pavement maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include cleaning roadways, removing debris, assisting with pothole patching, setting up cones/barricades, and supporting basic concrete/asphalt repairs using hand and power tools. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve lifting 50100 lbs.
Candidates must be reliable, able to perform physical labor daily, and comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights. Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
