🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and promote digital payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, onboarding new retailers, and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation
Acquire and onboard new merchants for digital payment solutions
Sell products such as QR Codes, Sound Box devices, EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits at client locations
Ensure customer satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business
Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and provide support
Gather market feedback and competitor insights for product improvement
Promote digital payment adoption among unorganized retailers
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
03 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Fintech, Wallet, or E-commerce
Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome
Good communication and negotiation skills
Interest in financial products and markets
Understanding of local geography
Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications
Age: 1835 years
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally
