Data Entry Specialist
Irvine,CA-Remote
$36/hour +DOE

Job Tasks:
Close invoices
Help the Controller with creating special invoices (i.e. Basicare invoices)
Send Past due emails and Undeliverable emails (for groups who had an undeliverable/bounce back email for their monthly invoice)
Color coding E123 google sheet: Indicate whether invoiced or paid,
Assist with commission projects (checking for updated rates to adjust group page, member roster price, list item, etc.)
Onboard new MDLIVE monthly groups
Send welcome emails, organize onboarding documents
Process new hire files for MDLIVE monthly groups (Kutools to check for duplicates)
Daily SFTP files; Manual: SFTPs/New hire files, onboarding new groups, terminating members/groups
Emails: Sending out Bill.com password reset emails, and sending out adding members information
Adding payment methods to Bill.com and/or setting up groups for autopay
Onboarding renewal groups
