Key Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts

Implement and manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions

Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to secure infrastructure and applications

Develop and maintain security documentation, procedures, and reports

Provide security awareness training and guidance to internal teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related role

Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security

Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO

Experience with security tools (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
