Role : Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst
Location : O?Fallon, MO (Onsite)

Level of Experience: 10 Years minimum
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong analytical mindset,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independent team. They
should also have experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python
and PowerBI.
- Collecting and transforming data from various sources into a usable
format.
- Analyzing and interpreting data.
- Developing and maintaining data modules to identify trends, patterns
and anomalies .
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborating with cross- functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Facilitating workshops, meeting, and presentations to gather
requirements and provide update to stakeholders.
- Providing guidance and support to technical teams.
Developing and maintaining documentation.
