Detailed Job Description:

Supports Product Owner during sprints including requirements gathering, build reviews, and release management
Supports system testing
Produces project communications, including minutes and status updates
Supports Product Owners in elaborating and refining backlog
Develops expert knowledge of system best practices, implementation, and analysis.
Publishes shared digital content on an ongoing basis. Helps to ensure content taxonomy and publishing is consistent across Global Distribution. Continuously monitors digital tactics, analyzes results and communicates findings.
Gathers user enhancement requests and collaborates with regional Product Managers and Content Managers on component enhancements
Perform oversight of all bug fixes and provides support and troubleshooting to associates
Manages team support mailbox
Creates status reports regarding risks/issues/showstoppers that put the project and budget in jeopardy
Escalates risks/issues that arise from associate training to Product Owner
Delivers on-going associate training
Creates on-going scenario based associate strategy
Executes associate training by component
Produces training status reports including all risks and issues of functional areas
Responsible for monitoring digital properties, report and analyze product metrics to ensure features meet business objectives and generate business results.
Works closely with extended product team to analyze data and effectively communicate observations and seek opportunities to improve the user experience.
Required knowledge and skills:

Proven experience with web and/or mobile in a marketing role
Marketing development experience
Proven ability to research, identify, interpret, and prioritize issues
Marketing related project management experience
Independent worker who is results driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Excellent oral and written communication, including the ability to construct organized, well written documents that provide the appropriate level of detail and information to meet all levels of audiences and their needs
Able to maintain working relationships with internal and external clients at all levels and across business units
Able to work independently, prioritize and handle concurrent multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience required: 3 Years
