Role:Technical Project Manager (Application Support)



Location:NYC, NY




Description: Onsite Technical Manager is responsible to provide Content Supply Chain application support, development and maintenance services.







Responsibilities:



Managing Application Support team of 50+ people at onsite and offshore, Responsible for delivery activities at offshore & Onsite, responsible for review and performance of  track leads.



Review day to day tickets  (Incidents ,service requests , business escalations)  ,work with track leads and team for required resolutions.



Manage Major Incidents. Own and coordinate Problem management process for WM?s Content Supply chain.



Regular interaction with the Product Owners, System Administration experts, Quality Assurance people ? all belonging to different departments and divisions of client during production release of the project.



Should manage / assign team and co-ordinate with onsite or offshore team and guide team as per need with Good communication skills (verbal and written) 



Hands on experience in core java technologies , along with Working experience in SQL/Oracle Server, DB Queries/Stored procedures and ability to write the database queries to support the live data need



May need additional experience in Node js, React Js, AWS cloud environment.



Reports - Status and Issue resolution, Ticket monitoring and resolution of support tickets management , handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations. 



Contribution towards knowledge base creation and improvement , Candidate will focus on continuously enhancing the Product Knowledge with hands on use of all Applications / Products supported



Production testing and after production go-,  Working experience in maintaining and monitoring Production environment,  Ability to own the production environment and should have skills to execute the production related setup , Preference to have experience with AWS ,Mongo DB



Required ability to document production setup, configuration, support and monitoring processes for the production support team 



Responsible for ensuring required support from other WM teams like Infra, Database, Linux, Networking for resolving issues wherever required



Take responsibility for the implementation of customer solutions, ensuring that it fulfils the requirements and statement of work.



Continuously monitor and pro-actively improve the customer solution architecture, Prepare the architectural diagram for all the components involved and review with the management for approval.



Lead technical teams supporting customer-facing applications to deliver technical support for efficiently  , Analyse and provide the root cause for the production issues.



Analyse and build the process improvement from different report data, Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
