We sell Above Ground Swimming Pools in Louisville, KY We are looking to hire a sales rep shark who wants to make $2500-$3500 A WEEK!
We are looking to hire sales representatives who have "Big-Ticket" sales experience to join our team! You will present information to customers, answer questions and close deals to drive company revenue. We are HIRING in Louisville, KY March 12-17. REQUIRED:
smartphone, HIGH TICKET based sales experience, reliable vehicle, driver license, proof of insurance
We don’t use any telemarketing, cold calling, door to door or mail outs. We provide 100% of your appointments. So what’s happening is our customers are actually calling us and asking us to send a sales rep to their homes when they’re ready to buy a pool. Before we set those appointments, we pre-approve every customer for a loan before we go anywhere to see anybody.
Qualifications:
Must have "Big-Ticket" sales experience selling such things as: Cars, Insurance, Windows, Gutters, Security Sytem's etc. or B2B experience in Marketing or selling payment systems or have door to door sales experience. You must have the:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Organized, attention to detail, respectful
energetic and out going
Must be ready and excited to make loads of money!
PAY AND BENEFITS
The average sales rep runs 2 to 3 appointments per day, 6 days a week and sells 5 to 6 pools a week, earning about $600-$700 per sale and averaging $2500 to $3500 a week
On top of the commission pay you will get $25 dollars just for driving out to the customer's house. You will get $25 for every appointment you show up to. So that would be an extra $300-$350 added to your weekly check!
On top of that there are BONUSES! You will be paid $100 for every pool sold paid with financing, and $150 for every pool sold that's paid in cash. So, if you sold 100 pools in a season you would get $10,000
EXTRA INFORMATION:
This position is 100% commission however because we put our sales representatives in such a good position to make sales, our sales representatives have no problem earning about $10,000 per month, if they go to all of their scheduled appointments
You will have to attend a 2.5-day training course and successfully complete it. The last day is half day and you will be able to start making money immediately after!
