This organization is embarking on a project to implement enterprise-wide Clinical Provider Privileging as a service of the Medical Staff Office.

The first phase of the project is to translate paper-based delineation of privilege (DOP) forms to electronic forms. The opportunity consists of configuring the electronic DOPs for all clinical departments across the enterprise in the credentialing software. Additionally, each of the hospitals affiliated to organization have a unique set of DOPs which need to be cross-referenced and incorporated into the build.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical privileging capacity in a healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of privileging module
Knowledge with Cactus or comparable credentialing software
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) configuration
Solid data entry skills
Familiarity with medical terminology and/or provider privileges
Proficient in MS Suite especially with Excel and with uploading of PDF files
Must be meticulous
Extreme Detail-oriented skills
Completed Vaccination Required
