PeopleReady is now hiring Clerical Worker in the Santa Barbara, CA area. Immediate opportunity!
Clerical Workers help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $16/Hour-$18/Hour

Responsibilities:


• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.


Qualifications:


• Must be efficient and reliable.
• Computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must be able to communicate well with others and take good notes.
• Ability to handle questions and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Will be taking inbound and making outbound calls to our drivers/clients/customers.
• Will be doing reports, filing information, learning new systems.
• Very fast paced environment, so attention to detail is a must.
