Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)
Responsibilities Include:
•
Responsible for the accuracy of all weighing
• Generates invoices, itemize lists and tickets showing amount due, verifying weights, prices, and extensions
• Run tape for daily tickets paid out
• Enter customers transactions into computers records and issue computer-generated receipts
• Identify transaction errors
• Responsible for end-of-day reports
• Enter the correct codes for received materials
• Maintain orderly purchasing and sales tickets
• Maintain shipment logs
• Maintain customer count
• Additional miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Assisting with weighing material that customers bring in.
Qualifications:
•
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, & SA Recycling safety, health, & environmental rules, regulations, policies, & procedures
• Excellent administrative skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Excellent mathematical skills required
• Drug screen required
