We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our growing high-tech
business, located near Concord, NH.
Responsible for processing all accounts payable, matching invoices to purchase
orders, processing invoices for payment, assigning and recording job costing
accounts, assigning general ledger account numbers, maintaining accounts
payable vendor information in the ERP system and assisting with the month-end
closing and sales tax reports.
Must have experience with Accounting, ERP and MS Office software and
outstanding communication skills. Must be detail oriented, work with in a team
or independently.
Associate's degree or equivalent or three or more years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
