WorkSquare is currently looking to hire Registered Nurses- ICU for a great opportunity for a large hospital located in Miami, FL, 33136.
Position Summary:
The RN-ICU functions as a champion of quality patient care and professional caregiver who demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient
Assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching and health promotion and evaluation
Responsible to hold the highest standards of professional performance, which include: ethics, cultural diversity, communication, collaboration, evidence-based practice, nursing research, quality, resource utilization, and environmental health
Pay Rate: $ 80.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Available (12 hours), Must be Flexible
Qualifications/Skills:
Valid RN license is required
Must have at least 2 years of recent, strong experience in ICU
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
ACLS & BLS required
PALS preferred
